Forway Software Solution, we aim to provide high-quality digital services and products. Please read our refund and return terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Themes, Scripts, Plugins)

All sales of downloadable digital products are final. Once the product is delivered or accessed, no refunds will be issued unless:

  • The item is not functional or broken
  • You have contacted our support team, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incompatibility with third-party services not disclosed before purchase
  • Improper installation or usage

2. Custom Projects & Services

Due to the nature of custom development, once a project has been started or resources have been allocated:

  • No full refund is available
  • Partial refunds may be issued before significant development work has begun
  • If a project is delayed due to lack of client communication or requirements, no refund will be issued

3. Monthly/Subscription-Based Services

Subscriptions (e.g., hosting, maintenance, SaaS) are billed on a recurring basis.

  • You can cancel at any time
  • No refunds are issued for partial months or unused services
  • Any setup fee is non-refundable

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before initiating a dispute. We’ll review your case and respond within 3–5 business days.
